700 Bourke Street
Located above Southern Cross station, 700 Bourke is set over 14 levels, featuring a large atrium and floorplates over 5,000 sqm. Servicing a workforce of 5,600 office workers, the building has a large end of trip with over 1,000 lockers, 600 bicycle storage racks and 60 showers. 700 Bourke was the first building in Victoria to achieve a 6 Star Greenstar Performance Rating which compliments its existing 6 Star Green Star Design and As Built Ratings.
