664 Collins Street topping off
On Monday 22nd May, Mirvac and our major tenants, Pitcher Partners and ExxonMobil, celebrated a construction milestone with the Topping Off of 664 Collins Street, Melbourne.
Simon Healy spoke on behalf of Mirvac and the development team, saying “Mirvac is proud to reach this significant milestone at 664 Collins. 664 Collins Street represents the final stage of the Southern Cross Station complex and will comprise of a 26,000 square metre A-grade office building across 9 levels.
The building will be equipped with innovative smart technology and sustainability features, including a 5 Star Green Star Design and 5 Star NABERS Energy rating being targeted. It also embraces best in class tenant end-of-trip facilities, along with on-site car parking. 664 Collins Street is due for completion in 2018.
