Courtenay Smith joined Mirvac in March 2021 as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer. 
 
Courtenay has over 20 years’ experience as a finance professional with management skills across the areas of leadership, strategy, finance, operations and transformation; she has worked in senior finance roles within the Property Development, Construction and Investment sectors in Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States.
 
Prior to joining Mirvac, Courtenay was Chief Financial Officer, Property Australia and Managing Director of Asset Management at Lendlease, where she has worked for 23 years and held a number of senior positions across four geographies.

Courtenay is a member of the Starlight Foundation National Board and Chair of its Audit & Risk Committee. She is also a member of the Green Building Council of Australia Board, a member of the NSW Cricket Association Board, and a member of Chief Executive Women.
 
Courtenay holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, is Chair of the UTS BAcc Steering Committee and is a Chartered Accountant.
