Viewing an Off The Plan Property
See our guide for viewing your off the plan property. Prior to settlement, purchasers will walk through their new home and learn about their new home.
Apartments
Prior to settlement you will be able to view your apartment at the handover. The handover will usually provide you with a brief introduction to the facilities of the development as well as an overview of your apartment.
Houses
As your home gets closer to settlement, your Customer Relations Consultant will organise a time with you for your handover. You’ll also receive your Home Owners' Manual which is filled with useful information about your new home.
Buying off-the-plan and seeing the building, or your new house, coming out of the ground is very exciting. Mirvac sites follow strict Health and Safety guidelines to ensure your safety at all times and therefore viewings are limited to those set out below.
As the building or home has not been constructed, it is not possible to be precise as to some aspects of the design and area of the lot. As plans for the building or home is refined and the development progresses there will invariably be minor adjustments between the plans and the building or home as constructed.
Mirvac acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Owners of the lands and waters of Australia, and we offer our respect to their Elders past and present.
