Mirvac Launches the Imagine Nation with the GIANTS
Mirvac has announced a dynamic new partnership with the GWS GIANTS.
Mirvac’s brand story "building the imagine nation" aligns closely with the GIANTS' mission to inspire and energise the local community.
In signing ahead of the upcoming season, Mirvac will proudly take up the sternum position on the GIANTS’ playing jumper, a symbol of commitment to the Western Sydney region.
In addition, they will become a key partner of the GIANTS’ AFLW team, contributing to the ongoing growth of equal opportunity of women’s sport.
The partnership also places a significant emphasis on community impact, with Mirvac’s support enabling the GIANTS to deliver an extensive in-schools program focused on improving health and education for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) audiences. This initiative underscores the shared commitment to creating a more inclusive and connected future for the region.
GIANTS Chief Executive Officer David Matthews said:
“We are passionate about building a more connected and vibrant Western Sydney community. For a business such as Mirvac to share this passion, and commit to helping our strategic focus, it is a true indication that we are on the right path.
“We continue to build our community and will benefit from aligning with such a leader in placemaking and development.
“Through this partnership, we’ll continue to make an impact across multiple fronts – not only here at the GIANTS, but also within the wider Western Sydney community as we look to create lasting, positive change.
Mirvac’s Group CEO & Managing Director Campbell Hanan said:
“We are thrilled to be partnering with the GIANTS and equally delighted to be a key partner of the GIANTS’ AFLW team.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to align our brand with an organisation that shares our passion for community and building something truly meaningful. We both share a very strong commitment to Greater Western Sydney.
“Our footprint in Western Sydney is growing and we have an exciting pipeline of residential projects currently underway. Through this sponsorship we aim to further strengthen our connection to the Western Sydney community and contribute to this region's vibrant sporting culture.
“Together with the GIANTS, we’re building a legacy of inclusion and ambition that will resonate far beyond the field.”
