Creating Change in our Communities
We recently held Mirvac’s biggest ever community day, where staff paused their daily work to bring their energy to lend a hand for a local community group or charity.
This year was our biggest ever, with nearly 900 volunteers taking part in 48 activities across the country, equalling 6,650+ volunteer hours and $550,000+ in community investment.
At Mirvac, we’re proud to provide unlimited, fully paid volunteer leave for employees - so it’s not just one day of the year where we get to show-up for the community
We’re also focusing on other ways we can help – like purchasing goods and services through social enterprises and Indigenous businesses.
