Look through these amazing images of The Eastbourne in East Melbourne and you'll start to see why it’s just taken home the 2020 UDIA High Density Development Award in Victoria.

The Eastbourne Exterior

Envisioned as an “inner-city Eden”, the design for The Eastbourne was inspired by the notion of pavilions in the park, resulting in a residential sanctuary which directly connects to Fitzroy Gardens and honours the site’s unique history with Freemasonry.

Overlay this design with unrivalled amenity for residents – pool, spa, gym, steam room, yoga-pilates room, private lounge, entertainers kitchen and dining room, The Retreat, The Masters Club, The Conservatory… and everything else that makes this residential experience akin to one found in a 6-star hotel - and it’s clear why this project performed so well with the judges.

The Eastbourne was also awarded with the UDIA Marketing Excellence Award for the Victorian Division, further recognition for a hugely successful project with a now flourishing residential community.

Big thanks to UDIA Victoria, the judging panel and our partners at Freemasons Victoria and Bates Smart.
